The OPTIMAL production facility is located within the PETRONAS Petroleum Industry Complex (PPIC) in Kertih, Terengganu, Malaysia.

Built to serve large geographical markets, the 90-hectare OPTIMAL complex provides easy access to competitive feedstock, raw material and central utility facility.
